Shipping. Delivered to France and across the EU, taxes and duties included (no surprise customs fees). Tracking provided on dispatch.
Returns. Personalised frames (colour/finish/logo of your choice) cannot be returned (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). Frames in a standard, non-personalised finish may be returned within 14 days, as new and unbuilt, return costs at your expense.
